The information we collect depends on how you use Tuute, including whether you purchase a subscription or visit our website.

Every user must sign in with Apple or Google before accessing Tuute's features. Accounts are free. Tuute does not offer guest access or anonymous logging.

Information Provided When Creating an Account

When you create your account, we may collect and store:

• A unique account identifier
• Authentication information provided by Apple or Google
• Your email address, where provided by Apple or Google. Apple and Google may let you share a private relay address or limit what is shared, so we do not always receive your actual email address
• An automatically generated username, such as tuuter8912
• Your selected country
• Account creation and activity information

Logging Activity

Information about the Tuutes you record is associated with your account and may be stored through cloud infrastructure, including:

• The date and time of each Tuute
• Your selected loudness level
• Your selected smell level
• Foods you associate with the entry
• Your account-associated logging history
• Your total Tuute count
• Leaderboard ranking information

Individual Tuute logs, including food selections, loudness, and smell ratings, are not publicly displayed on the World Leaderboard.

Public Leaderboard Information

Every account automatically participates in the World Leaderboard. The following information may be publicly visible to other users:

• Your automatically generated username
• Your selected country
• Your total Tuute count or leaderboard score
• Your global ranking and country ranking, if available

Subscription Information

Every free account includes up to 10 Tuutes per 24-hour period. Tuute offers optional paid subscriptions that provide unlimited Tuute logging.

You must be signed in to your Tuute account to use the app and purchase its premium features. Subscribing does not change your World Leaderboard participation or ranking.

Purchases made through Apple's App Store are processed by Apple. We may receive information necessary to manage subscriptions, including:

• Subscription status and entitlement information
• Product or subscription type
• Purchase and transaction identifiers
• Subscription renewal or expiration dates
• Information necessary to verify access to paid features

We do not receive or store your full payment card number when purchases are processed through Apple.

Technical and Diagnostic Information

When you use online features of Tuute, we and our service providers may collect certain technical information, including:

• Device type and operating system
• Application version
• IP address
• Crash reports and diagnostic information
• App performance information
• General interactions with app features

This information may be used to maintain the Services, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, protect accounts, and improve application performance.

We do not intentionally provide individual Tuute logs, food selections, loudness ratings, or smell ratings to advertising providers for targeted advertising.

Website Information

When you visit https://tuute.com, we and our website service providers may collect certain technical information, such as:

• IP address
• Browser and device information
• Pages visited
• Referring websites
• Website performance information

Our website may also use cookies or similar technologies, as further explained in Section 9 of this Privacy Policy.

If you contact us for support, feedback, or privacy-related questions, we may collect your email address and the information you voluntarily include in your message.

Tuute allows you to record information about bodily functions and foods you have eaten, for entertainment and personal tracking purposes.

Even though Tuute is an entertainment product, information about bodily functions or diet may be considered sensitive, health-related, or consumer health information under certain laws. Describing Tuute as an entertainment product does not exempt this information from those laws where they apply.

We therefore treat individual Tuute logs and food entries as potentially sensitive information.

Tuute intends to use cloud infrastructure to maintain user accounts, logging history, and leaderboard statistics. Your account-associated logs may be stored in that infrastructure so we can save your history, calculate your totals and rankings, and provide account features.

Individual logging details, including the time of each entry, loudness, smell, and food selections, are private. Only your username, country, total count or score, and rankings become public on the World Leaderboard.

Individual logging records must be protected from unauthorized access. Account-associated logs are intended to be accessible only to you, and to our authorized service providers or personnel when necessary for legitimate operational purposes such as hosting, security, support, or legal compliance.

We do not sell individual Tuute log information.

We do not use individual food, smell, or loudness records for third-party targeted advertising.

Tuute Is Not a Medical Service

Tuute is designed for entertainment and personal tracking purposes only. Tuute is not a medical device, healthcare provider, diagnostic service, or medical advice platform.

Tuute is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease, illness, medical condition, or health problem.

Information, statistics, trends, rankings, or other content provided through Tuute should not be interpreted as medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

If you have questions or concerns about your health, symptoms, digestion, diet, or other medical matters, consult an appropriate healthcare professional.

We use information to provide and operate Tuute, including:

• Account authentication
• Saving your logging history and calculating your statistics
• Free logging-limit enforcement
• World Leaderboard rankings
• Subscription verification
• Fraud prevention, including leaderboard manipulation
• Security
• Diagnostics
• Customer support
• Legal compliance

Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent before processing information for purposes that require consent.

We disclose personal information only in the limited circumstances described in this Privacy Policy.

Service Providers

Account information may be processed by authorized infrastructure providers that perform services on our behalf, such as authentication providers (Apple and Google), cloud hosting and database providers, and subscription infrastructure (including Apple's App Store). These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services, and information they process is not made public.

Public Leaderboard Information

Separately from service providers, each user's generated username, country, total Tuute count or score, and rankings are visible to other Tuute users through the World Leaderboard, as described in Section 5.

Legal Requirements and Protection

We may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; investigate fraud or security incidents; enforce our agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Suttle AI LLC, our users, or others.

Business Transfers

If Suttle AI LLC or Tuute is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

De-identified Information

We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, such as overall country totals.

A free account is required to use Tuute. During setup, you sign in with Apple or Google, Tuute generates a username for you, such as tuuter8912, and you select your country. You are not required to provide your real name.

Every registered account automatically participates in the World Leaderboard after completing account setup. No separate registration or payment is required. The following information may be publicly visible:

• Your automatically generated username
• Your selected country
• Your total Tuute count or score
• Your global ranking
• Your country ranking, if available

The following information remains private:

• Your email address
• Authentication information
• Individual Tuute timestamps
• Individual loudness selections
• Individual smell selections
• Food selections
• Your private logging history
• Subscription information

Your selected country is used to place you on the applicable country leaderboard. Tuute does not use your precise GPS location to determine your leaderboard country.

If you do not want to participate in the World Leaderboard, you can delete your account as described in Section 16.

Account Deletion

If you delete your account, your associated leaderboard profile will be removed, subject to applicable retention requirements described in Sections 10 and 16.

Tuute does not currently display advertising, but may introduce advertising in the future.

If advertising is enabled, advertising providers may process technical information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, and general device information, subject to applicable law and your device permissions.

Individual Tuute logs and food selections will not be provided to advertising providers for third-party targeted advertising.

If advertising is introduced, we will provide tracking permission requests and privacy choices where required by law or by Apple's platform rules, and we will update this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell individual Tuute logs or food entries.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.

Under some U.S. privacy laws, certain advertising or analytics technologies can count as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" even when no money changes hands.

If Tuute begins any activity that legally counts as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, eligible users will have the right to opt out, and we will provide an opt-out mechanism and recognize legally required opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, before that activity begins.

Until such a mechanism is available, you may submit opt-out requests to ijusttuuted@gmail.com.

We and our service providers may use technical diagnostics, crash reports, and app usage information to maintain Tuute, fix errors, measure performance, and improve features.

This information may include device type, operating system, app version, crash details, and general interactions with app features.

Individual logs, foods, loudness ratings, and smell ratings are not intended to be transmitted to general-purpose advertising analytics services.

Our website may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies.

Essential technologies are needed for the website to load, function, and stay secure. Optional technologies, such as analytics or advertising cookies, are not needed for the website to work.

Where required by law, optional technologies will not be activated until you have given consent or another legal basis applies, and you may withdraw consent or opt out where applicable.

You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no universally accepted standard for these signals, we do not necessarily respond to them. Where applicable law requires recognition of Global Privacy Control or another legally recognized opt-out signal for browser-based processing, we will honor it.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Our intended retention practices are:

• Account information: kept while your account is active.
• Account-associated Tuute logs: kept while your account is active, unless you delete them or your account.
• Leaderboard information: kept while your account is active and removed when your account is deleted.
• Subscription records: may be kept longer where needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
• Support communications: kept as long as reasonably needed to resolve your request and maintain records of it.
• Technical diagnostics: kept as long as reasonably needed to maintain and improve the Services.

You can request deletion of your account-associated information at any time.

When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify information that is no longer required for legitimate legal or operational purposes. Information in system backups may persist for a limited time until those backups are overwritten.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to:

• Access personal information and obtain a copy
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete information
• Receive your information in a portable format
• Withdraw consent
• Opt out of certain processing, such as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. Information collected to verify a request will be used only for verification and security purposes.

California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, apply only to businesses that meet certain thresholds. Where those laws apply to Suttle AI LLC and your information, California residents may have the right to:

• Request deletion of personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
• Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

The categories of personal information we collect are described in Section 1 and include identifiers, account information, commercial information relating to subscriptions, device and internet activity information, and information you choose to enter into Tuute. Sources, purposes, and recipients are described throughout this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell individual Tuute logs or food entries.

Requests may be submitted to ijusttuuted@gmail.com. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law, and we may take reasonable steps to verify the agent's authorization and your identity.

Depending on your state of residence and the applicable law, you may have additional rights, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling.

Where applicable law provides a right to appeal our decision on a privacy request, you may appeal by emailing ijusttuuted@gmail.com with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line.

We will respond to privacy requests as required by applicable law.

If laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply to our processing of your personal data, we process personal data only when we have a lawful basis to do so.

Depending on the activity, our lawful bases may include performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Services, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent. Where the law requires consent, for example for certain sensitive information, we will ask for it.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.

Where applicable, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data; receive certain data in portable form; and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority. Requests may be submitted to ijusttuuted@gmail.com.

Your personal data may be transferred to the United States or other countries. Where required by law, we will rely on an appropriate legal transfer mechanism for those transfers.

Individual Tuute logs concern bodily functions and foods, and may qualify as consumer health data or sensitive information under certain laws.

This information is recorded only when you choose to log a Tuute. We use account-associated logs to provide your logging history, statistics, totals, and rankings. Individual logs are not publicly displayed and account-associated logs are accessible only to you and to authorized service providers or personnel when necessary for legitimate operational purposes. We protect it using the security measures described in Section 17.

We do not sell individual Tuute logs and do not use them for third-party targeted advertising.

You may request access to or deletion of your account-associated Tuute log information by contacting ijusttuuted@gmail.com, or by deleting your account as described in Section 16.

Some laws impose additional requirements for consumer health data, such as a separate policy or specific consent. Where those requirements apply, we will comply with them.

Every Tuute user has an account. You will be able to initiate deletion of your account from within the Tuute app.

Deleting your account removes or de-identifies the personal information associated with it and removes your World Leaderboard participation, unless retaining certain information is required or permitted for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or another lawful purpose. Information in system backups may persist temporarily until those backups are overwritten.

• Deleting the app does not automatically delete your online account. Use the in-app account deletion option or contact ijusttuuted@gmail.com.
• Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.

We use, or intend to implement, reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or misuse.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and account.

Tuute is not intended for children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to use Tuute or create a Tuute account.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without any required parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information to us can contact ijusttuuted@gmail.com, and we will work with them to review and delete the information.

Users between 13 and the age of majority in their jurisdiction should use Tuute only in accordance with applicable law and with parental or guardian involvement where required.

Tuute may use third-party providers for authentication, hosting, databases, subscriptions, analytics, diagnostics, and advertising. Not every category of provider is in use today; we use providers only as needed to operate the Services.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Suttle AI LLC is a United States-based company.

If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or in other locations where our service providers operate.

Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international data transfers, we will apply appropriate safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Tuute evolves, or to reflect changes to our practices, service providers, or applicable law.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
